The Union for Contemporary Art invites youth to an exciting culinary workshop series. Guided by expert instructors from No More Empty Pots, participants will dive into the fundamental principles of great cooking. The series will explore how the four elements—salt, fat, acid, and heat—work together to create incredible flavors and textures.

Inspired by Samin Nosrat's award-winning book Salt Fat Acid Heat, this workshop encourages students to use their senses to observe and understand the art behind cooking. Designed for youth ages 10-15, the series offers a fun and engaging way to build confidence and skills in the kitchen.
